Massachusetts Dental Society providing dental assistance

Massachusetts Dental Society has recently worked out a dental program, helping children that do not have a dental insurance or are not eligible for government assistance.
According to them children of working parents are among the largest group of uninsured individuals in Massachusetts.
To qualify for the program, parents or guardians of the children need to complete a financial form and also include copies of financial documentation, such as their two most recent pay stubs or most recent W-2s or 1040 forms. If a child is approved, parents or guardians will receive a list of dentists in their area who are participating in the program. Children are eligible to participate in the program for two years.
