WORKERS of the Davao City government complaining

City Mayor's peace & order fund recently offered interest free loan to Davao city government workers. Most of them who have applied for it are now complaining about the documentation asked from them.

From the recent article on sunstar.com.ph, Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) chief Marcelino P. Escalada brushed aside their complaint. Accoriding to him it is perfectly normal for government, any entity for that matter, to have a set of requirements when giving out loans.
